in the haus des meeres you can find crocodiles, venomous and giant snakes, lizards and of course plenty of fish. the centerpiece of the saltwater department features large aquariums with sharks, a sea turtle, many corals and colorful fish. the biggest attraction there are the infamous piranhas. another highlight is the tropical house and the crocodile park with its free-flying birds and roaming monkeys. in short: a perfect family outing.
