minimundus

minimundus is one of the most popular and well-known excursion destinations in carinthia. the history of the small world on lake wörthersee began in the 1950s with the vision of the then state chairman of rettet das kind, dr. peter zojer, to unite the sights of the whole world in one place. under the original name 'minieurop', there were 20 models to admire. over the years, the area was expanded to 26,000 square meters. after a major renovation, minimundus has been shining in new splendor since spring 2016, making it a year-round experience for adults and families.
